Most Executive Protection Fails Before It Starts

Your travel schedule is public. Your movements are predictable. Your home address is searchable. And the protection arrangements you're relying on may not be built for the actual threats you face.

More than a Visible Presence

High-profile executives, family office principals, and energy sector leaders face unique risk profiles that require more than just a visible presence. They require structured planning, protective intelligence, and operators who understand the difference between close protection and standing in a hallway.

The Cost of Getting it Wrong

  • Reputational damage from public incidents
  • Family safety compromised during travel
  • Business operations disrupted by preventable security failures
  • Legal exposure from unlicensed or improperly credentialed personnel

If you're an executive with an elevated threat profile, frequent travel requirements, or family security concerns, you need protection that's intelligence-led and compliance-first.

Intelligence-Led

Every engagement begins with protective intelligence. We assess your risk profile, review your digital footprint, identify potential exposure points, and build protection plans around actual threat vectors—not assumptions.

Advance Planning

We conduct advance work on routes, venues, and accommodations. We identify hospitals, safe havens, and alternative egress options. Contingencies are built before movement begins, so decisions are made early and risk is reduced before you're in motion.

Licensed Compliance

All operators hold current federal and state level security licenses for the jurisdictions in which they work. This includes concealed carriage of firearms. We carry comprehensive insurance at the company level. You're never exposed to unlicensed personnel or regulatory risk.

Discreet Execution

Our work is designed to be invisible. Low-profile vehicles. Plain clothes. No military aesthetics or attention-seeking behavior. All engagements are conducted under NDA and strict data protection policy is inline with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.

Phase 1

Plan.

We assess your risk profile, review your travel schedule and public exposure, conduct OSINT footprint analysis, and build an advanced plan that aligns scope, movement, and contingencies with your actual threat landscape.

What this includes:

  • Threat and risk assessment specific to your profile
  • Route planning and contingency design
  • Venue advanced work and coordination
  • Digital footprint review and exposure analysis
  • Communication protocols and emergency contact structure

Phase 2

Deliver

Vetted, federal and state-licensed professionals execute discreet protection, secure transport, and on-the-ground coordination. Your protection team operates with established SOPs, structured briefing formats, and clear reporting standards.

What this looks like:

  • Low-profile close protection or residential security
  • Secure chauffeuring with protective driving ability
  • Event protection and high-visibility movement support
  • Protective intelligence led reporting throughout engagement
  • Real-time coordination with your internal team or family office

Phase 3

Report

We provide clear documentation and handover, with need-to-know information handling and consistent standards from start to closeout. After-action reports detail what occurred, what worked, and what should be adjusted for future engagements.

What this looks like:

  • After-action reports with lessons learned
  • Updated threat assessments based on observed activity
  • Recommendations for ongoing security posture
  • Full documentation for insurance or legal review if needed

FAQ FOR PARTNERS

Common Questions from International Security Firms

Request a call
Why can't we just send our own team?

You can—but they need U.S. work authorization and state-level security licenses. Visitor visas do not permit working. Operating without proper credentials exposes your operators to detention, removal, and multi-year entry bans, and exposes your company to fines and reputational damage.

What if we want our team leader to travel with the principal?

That's not only acceptable—it's encouraged. Your team leader travels with the principal and makes all operational decisions. Our licensed operators execute on the ground and report directly to your team leader.

How do handover protocols work?

Before the engagement, we conduct a pre-trip briefing with your team leader covering threat assessment, client profile, communication protocols, and reporting structure. During the engagement, our operators coordinate with your team leader in real-time. After the engagement, we provide after-action reports and debriefings.

What if our client has specific cultural or discretion requirements?

We match operator selection to the client profile. For Gulf-based principals, we select operators with experience in high-discretion environments and cultural sensitivity. For corporate executives, we prioritize low-profile, plain-clothes operations with no military aesthetics.

How far in advance do we need to book?

For standard travel, 7-14 days is ideal. For complex or multi-city engagements, 30+ days allows for proper advance work. Emergency coverage can be arranged with shorter notice, depending on location and scope.

What does "white-label" actually mean in practice?

Your client may never know HMH Global Support exists unless you choose to tell them. We operate under your brand, report into your structure, and coordinate directly with you—not the end client.
